We have 2 Help and support sections on our site. The first is in our forum where our management team answer all general user questions. The second is main site support where we deal with any script problems, bugs or user questions that cannot be solved in the forum. We are based in the US and the UK so most questions will be answered within a few hours 7 days a week all year round. We also have some great members who will give help and advice too so any problems you have or advice you need gets delivered. Please do not send general help questions to admin. They will be ignored.
