The availability of precious metals is finite. Superior Gold Group LLC will make every attempt to fill the client’s specific order. However, client is made aware that Superior Gold Group LLC reserves the absolute right to replace client’s specific ordered product with any other precious metal of equal or greater value, in order to complete the transaction. Superior Gold Group LLC will notify client of the replaced product prior to shipping. Replacement of product by Superior Gold Group LLC is not a material breach, and client shall not cancel the completed transaction.
