Is it harder to impregnate in space?

No. The whole mechanism works regardless of external gravity – in fact, as it does also work when gravity makes the way upwards harder, having micro-gravity should make the process even easier. We have some simpler animals getting born in space without problems, but of course, no mammals (and thus no humans) yet. But you can be sure: One day, it will happen.
