I’d say yes ,the one Arpaio I can think of is Joe Arpaio . He is the Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona. Labeled ” America’s Toughest Sheriff” he made the prisoners wear pink underwear, and made” tent city “to keep them from getting out early because of overcrowding. Anyway I don’t know if any of that rings a bell with you but,Joe Arpaio was the child of immigrants from Naples, Italy.
