What is the Outfitter?
The Outfitter is the crafting professions that is chosen by those who like to work with Leather or Cloth. This profession branches into two specializations called the Tailor and the Leatherworker. As you may be able to infer by their names, the Tailor works with the lightest of armors and the Leatherworker deals with the medium weight, leather based armors. Both of these sub-professions have other items that they craft as well, but no matter which path you choose, you will still have access to the skills of the Outfitter. The way the Outfitter crafts these items is by using Leather found on animals or from harvesting textiles from certain plants. Some of the common examples of this are Jute, Cotton, or Silkbloom plants. There are also rare plants or leather that can be found and used to make upgrades to items as well as create rare items from special recipes.
