What is the returns policy?
We take pride in the quality of the production of all our goods but accidents may happen in-transit and you should return any item that is damaged or faulty. We’ll replace it immediately. Please also return the invoice and the customer care slip you’ll find in the parcel. Items must be returned within 28 days. How do I return an item or parcel? To return an item or parcel, simply write ”Return to Sender” on the parcel that you have received. Place the invoice back inside the envelope it came in and stick it back onto the front of the parcel. Put the parcel back in the post. I have received an item/parcel I didn’t order. What should I do? If you receive an item/parcel that you did not order return the parcel as indicated above. A. You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so, you must notify us in writing via email or post within 7 working days of delivery. If you are returning a product for any reason, except damage or manufacturer defect, you must pay the costs of returning the products to us or our suppliers. On request, we will collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund. Additionally, if the product delivered to you is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product), does not correspond with its description, the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality or the product arrives damaged or faulty, we may replace the item or affected parts. Home/Private use: If your return an item within 28 days in perfect condition complete with original packaging we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect you r statutory rights. Please contact customer services for an authorisation number and paperwork. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded. School use: It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Damage In transit It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier. Shortage It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours. Incorrect Goods Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
