I have two copper saucepans from an antique dealer. Each one is stamped with the name Leon Jaegar. Could they be restored?The name on your pan is probably Leon Jaeggi (020 7434 4545), who set up in business making copper pans in 1913. His company still exists, selling kitchen and catering equipment mainly to professional cooks. It no longer makes pans, but does have an excellent re-tinning and repair service. To give you an idea of cost, the pan will be measured diagonally from the bottom of the inside to the top of the outside and then priced roughly at 3.50 per inch for re-tinning.
