Are petrochemicals added?
No. Petrochemicals are generally slow to biodegrade and can cause allergic reactions. As well they are a non-renewable resource which are highly polluting in their extraction and transportation. Our laundry powders are made with plant oil based surfactants instead of petroleum oil derived surfactants. These plant based detergents break down quickly into harmless substances and are made from a renewable resource. The petrochemicals used in other detergents are non-renewable resources which deplete the earth’s natural resources with every wash.
