The agenTel Client SDK is a software development kit for integrating the agenTel client software with other 3rd party software. For example, the standard integration with Microsoft Outlook has been done using the agenTel Client SDK. The agenTel Client SDK has three interfaces: • COM (ActiveX) interface that can easily be used in VB, C++, • TCP/IP XML based message interface Socket based TCP/IP interface that uses XML formatted mesages • Custom toolbar interface (C++) Allows custom made toolbars to be plugged into the standard agent client software • HTML interface Possibility to replace the standard agent client “inside of the window” by your own web page. You can even have a tabbed Firefox style window!
