Is the Auditorium Theatre Accessible?
An accessible entrance to the theatre is located on the backside of the building, adjacent to the main parking lot on College Street An accessible bathroom is located on the main level of the facility. The theatre does not have an elevator. Wheelchair seating is available through the main box office at (585) 222-5000. Patrons using walkers/canes, or who need other special assistance are welcome. Please alert the box office when purchasing your tickets so that we may find the best seats for you. Ushers will take care of storing any of your equipment during the performance, returning it to you at intermission and after the show. The Theatre is equipped with an FM hearing assistance system. Please contact the head usher or box office staff member at the facility when you arrive for your show to borrow a headset.
