I was given a free diesel Peugeot that sat under a tree for 3 years. After I got it towed home, I changed the filters and it started. Next day it passed emissions with 3 year old diesel fuel in it! Diesel is more “oil” and not a complicated chemical product like gasoline. A diesel car can run on engine oil, ATF, vegetable oil, or any oily stuff.. http://www.utahbiodieselsupply.com/blog/… just let it sit, it will be fine. Gasoline, will only last 90 days unless you put STA-BIL in it to stabilize it.
