What are combustible materials?
Combustable materials are materials that put off heavy fumes that can be flammable / materials that are flammable themselves. To Combust is to catch fire. [i.e. gasoline, paint thinner, other high flammable substances]. I doubt that they would be evicted, i think the sign is really just for your own safety. However, if all the flammable stuff is put in the basement and it sets fire, then you have a huge fire that burns from the ground up. Keep your combustible materials in the attic or other high places instead.
