The key objective of this initiative is to use Lawson applications as the vehicle to attain value in the following areas: • Financial Management A standard financial management platform will enable CHE to coordinate efforts among all managers responsible for financial aspects of the organization. Improved financial user satisfaction and increased access to information, as well as better and more timely decision-making, pricing, marketing, ordering, and reduced financial closing time are some of the expected benefits. • Human Resource and Payroll Management A key element in the future state vision for CHE Human Resources is to focus more time on value-added activities and less time on administration (managing paper, entering data, tracking down information, etc.).
