If you have a serious problem, than you should speak to a doctor. Please note that if you have a serious problem, my advice could do more harm than good. I’m neither qualified, nor do I have enough information to give you an appropriate advice. You might be depressed. I’ve noticed you said you stopped going to the gym. You didn’t say you can’t go to the gym, you didn’t say you can no longer exercise. If your problem is you are depressed, not going to the gym might be among the causes, not an effect. As giving up something you like, which makes you feel full of energy. My advice would be to go to the gym again. A coach might encourage you, and, if you have a health problem, might tell you to stop.
