if youre referring to the term, hyper milling thats where people try to get the most miles per gallon out of their car as possible by shutting off the engines when not needed putting it in neutral coasting to stoplgihts, etc

Hyper driving used to be referred to as 10/10ths driving. That is where you drive your car on the edge of it’s performance envelope. Best done on a closed track or a freshly graded gravel road under a full moon. And don’t bother with insurance. They can tell how fast you were going when you crash and they will deny any knowledge of you and burn your policy.
