How can I get better at sprinting?
i say that you should practice sprinting by doing intervals. 1 minute of sprinting then rest for 30 seconds, then repeat. Do this by practicing your speed and breathing. The more you do this the better you can get faster and faster. For running long distances, you should just run and see how far you go everyday. The more you run the long your body can manage to run. The more you practice you can run for an hour or more non stop!
