Go to Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs. Then select Add/Remove Windows Components. When the Windows Components Wizard opens, double-click Accessories and Utilities. If the box for games is unchecked, click it. If it is already checked, click it to un-check it and then hit OK. Double-click Accessories and Utilities again, and check the Games box. Click OK, then click Next. This will re-install the games in your Start Menu. You could also try a System Restore and roll back to a point before the game was deleted.
