Is boxing a good exercise?
Oh yeah! Boxing is GREAT exercise!! It burns fat, tones your entire body up, helps with strength and gives you one hell of an endurance workout. When I began boxing at 14 during the summer, I was 180 lbs, mainly weight for football and we lifted a lot. After 2 1/2-3 months of boxing training my weight went down to 165 and a lot quicker and stronger for football. Even now at 30, I got back into the Boxing scene and have been training hard for 6 months and went from 281lbs, down to 237! Give it a try, you’ll feel and look great!
my guess it that it is, but being boxed is not good on your brain. Last I heard was that even the American Medical Association was against it, due to the brain damage it inflicts. http://www.ama-assn.org/amednews/2002/07… Teddy Rosevelt was a boxer, but he forgot alot of his promises, you might blame that on the politiican in him, but he was an honorable man, so I have to blame boxing.
