How is Arthrit-Eze taken?
As per our recommended protocols, Arthrit-Eze is taken in tablet form, enteric coated to ensure proper systemic delivery and absorption. We recommend taking Arthrit-Eze 15 minutes before a meal or at least 1 hour after a meal. This is to ensure that the ingredients within the formula are not interfered with by digested food passing into the upper intestine, which is where the active ingredients are released.
