Are suzuki upright pianos good pianos?
I agree with Mr. Herring and Mr. Malcolm. Suzuki does not make these pianos — they have them built in China and them slap their name on them. Truly a “stencil” piano. They have cheap laminated soundboards, sluggish and poorly weighted actions, tunings instability, and poor fit-and-finish on the cabinets. They are the “Yugos” of the piano world. As a general rule, with pianos, you get what you pay for.
