Are photos usable in my defence?
Usually photos are usable in traffic courts. In order to bring in photos for evidence, you need to testify the make and model of the camera and lens used for taking the pictures. You should be aware that pictures which are taken very poorly won’t help your defence. You should take the pictures from at least a few different angles and from a few different distances. The pictures should be clear enough to show what you are trying to establish in your line of defence. Also, take your pictures as soon as you can after the citation. You must not wait until there is only a few days left to your trial date.
