What is JB Robinson Jewelers return and refund policy?
You may exchange or return your purchase within 90 days (30 days for watches). Custom designed merchandise is not returnable. If returning merchandise purchased by: Credit or In-store charge account – the same account will be credited. Cash – when funds are available, cash refunds will be given. When funds are unavailable, a refund check will be issued from our corporate offices and mailed within 4 days of the return date. Trade-ins – You will receive either your original trade-in or an item of like or similar merchandise.
