There are five ways for a student to get help with WebTycho: • Online Help and Support Web Site The online help and support site can be accessed via the help and support button on the WebTcyho login screen and from the pull down Help menu in your WebTycho classroom. • Ask technical questions via E-Mail For a written response that can be referred to again later, use e-mail and you will receive a response within hours. • In the Help Desk Conference Often the speediest route to a solution, you may find the answer you need in the archive of recent problems. Come to the Conference for a written response that can be referred to again later. • In the Help Desk Chat Room A WebTycho Support team member is available “live” to answer your questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Select Enter Help Desk Chat Room from the pull down Help menu in your WebTycho classroom. • On the Telephone You may call WebTycho Techncial Support 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1-800-807-4862.
